Keep in mind

  • Only the six entered categories are counted. Review permits, administration, parking and other relevant overhead for your own operation.
  • Do not duplicate maintenance allowances and repairs, lease costs and depreciation, or driver labour in overhead.
  • If financing interest is included in overhead, ensure it is not already in the equipment-cost basis. Loan principal is not an additional depreciation expense.
